Orbi SSID not appearing

I have an Orbi RBK50. When I turn on my router and satelite, the SSID does not appear on my network list. The pin hole reset button is initially unresponsive as well and after a while (more than 5 minutes later) I am able to use it to reset with no change in the SSID apperaring.
