Orbi won't connect remotely

Just got my orbi a couple days ago.

I have the orbi RBK33 with plug in satellites.

It has firmware version 2.2.1.210

I'm away from home and won't be home for a couple hours and my orbi won't connect remotely.

Yes, when I set it up I enabled remote management.

When I try and connect remotely it shows my router with a red dot and says "disconnected" if I press on it, it shows "device is offline"

I know my routers online since my ecobee thermostat is online and so are my ring cameras.

    If you enabled Remote Management in the web GUI then you can login remotely to Orbi using the web GUI only. So browse to  https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443 (if you did not change the port in the settings) and you will get the Orbi login page.

    For the Orbi app there is another Remote Management that needs to be enabled. In the app go to Home >> Settings >> Remote Management and enable it.

      Hi.

      Yes I enabled that in the app when I set up the router.

      I checked in the app and the it showed green as enabled still.

      I turned it off, then back on and it now works.

      Just a little bug I guess.
