lIn December the router stopped working and would just pulse white. After several weeks it was determined that therewas a hardware issue due to a faulty firmware of 2.5.1.22. So netgear deceided to replace the router with a refurbished one including a 1 month warranty. I upgraded the firmware to the 2.6.etc one I was told to. As you can imagine 2 days past the warranty expiration it stopped working again. it pulses white on the top, Ive done the pinhole resets, hardwired the router to my computer and attmpted the ip login, orbilogin.net, all the info I could find on here. Oddly like before the roku will connect but nothing else. No computers, iphones, ereaders, nothing on wifi or hardwire except the roku's. anyone have any ideas?

Suggest you return before the store return policy is over. Purchased ORBI LBR20 and worked fine till the Best Buy store warranty period ran out the stopped to functioning. After several days of troubleshooting, technical support could not resolve the issue. The unit is still under a 90 day warranty and asked for a full refund. I was denied. This company gives false advertisement and defrauds their customers. Stay away!!!!

Netgear's hardware warranty is at least a year, longer in countries with better consumer protection..
90 days refers to the free on-line support to help people through the setup process.
You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk). (This is easily done, given Netgear's complicated community structure.)
Many questions apply to different types of device, so there may be useful responses here. However, the Orbi RBR20 is very different from a standard router, so you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
