Port Forwarding RBR50 & Spectrum Modem
Trying to do port forwarding on port 563. I've entered everything correctly per instructions and Youtube videos. However when I go to sites like canyouseeme.org or portchecker.co and test, they all come back saying it's closed. Is there something I'm doing wrong. I've disabled all windows firewall on the PC I've forwarded to. I've disabled AV FW as well. I've called Spectrum and was told that all controls are by the router.
Thanks

What are you running on port 563 and can you reach it from another device on your home network? That will test whether the problem is with the Orbi vs. on the Windows PC.
Also verify all the steps in the community FAQ, particularly verify you don't have Double NAT: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WiFi-6-AX-and-WiFi-6E-AXE/Community-FAQ-My-Orbi-port-forwarding-doesn-t-work/td-p/1984296

Hello cliyeh,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are not able to successfully configure port forwarding on your Orbi RBR50.
Please navigate to the link below for directions on how to successfully open a port on your network using Port Forwarding:

Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

those were the exact instructions I've followed and still no luck. Funny thing is I created another port forward rule for vnc and that works. Not sure why port 563 does not work.
What specific server is being run on the PC that uses TCP port 563?
The server does work with a local connection, correct?
