PS4 and Netflix issues
recently switched from AT&T to Xfinity and bought a new router (CM500) and hooked it up to existing Orbi system. No problems with phones or email, but we cannot hook up to playstation and some of our TV's are getting error message of "cant play that title right now" when using Netflix.
Hoping this is an old problem that someone can walk me through a fix before my son goes crazy :)

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Have you powered OFF the modem and RBR for 1 minute then back on?
Is Armor or Circle enabled on the RBR?

Orbi firmware = V2.5.1.8
yes have rebooted several times, no effect
yes on armor, not really sure how/why when I reset the system back up it was turned on, not sure how to turn it off.
Not sure what circle is.

I would factory reset the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard. After you complete the setup wizard you'll be presented with a Armor enable window. I would not enable Armor here. See if this helps get the PS connected better.
