how you get it to stop giving you the incessant not found screen or asking me to login to every site i go to. this is some ridiculous cluster**bleep** of a product. (and one that has security added on to the product) i've never experienced anything like it and for 94 download for $600 is the worst decision i've ever made.

It was connected to Verizon Fios Modem and now it's connected to Comcast modem as of yesterday. It has Netgear Armor on it. Same problem 404 page and then asks you to login. Sometimes it will let you look at page and sometimes not. Happening to everyone that tries to use the network.

You could return the product? If you don't like it, you don't have to keep it.

There have been a number of posts about problems such as this, which have been resolved after providing information about the specific modem the Orbi is connected to and the specific devices which are having problems.

  I can return the 2nd batch to Costco, but I'm still stuck with the first batch. Then what? This stuff is supposed to be plug and play. The instructions say so. Plug it in and it works.

    Please do the following test:
    Please open a Command Prompt on any computer attached to Orbi and type:
    
    > tracert 8.8.8.8 (or traceroute 8.8.8.8 if you're using a Mac computer) and post the results so we can help you further.
