All of a sudden, my hardwired ethernet connection PC is not connecting to the Internet, but all of my Wi-Fi devices are. What is going on?

Power of the PC or reboot it? Connect it to the back of the RBR or an RBS? Swap Lan cables? Does other ethernet devices show same thing?

I have swapped out at least three different ethernet cables, and get the same error. I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue attempting various fixes to no avail. I am wondering if the ethernet connection to the Orbi router is bad.

The first thing I’m going to do is try to bypass the router and hardwire directly into the modem first and see if that corrects the issue. If it does, then that would indicate that the Orbi is not working correctly with Ethernet and then I will proceed with the step you recommended

What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
