RBK50 (2018) now adding RBS50 which I believe is RBS50v2
The RBS50 I am adding is new - never used. However, I believe the firmware is quite old. Research is suggesting I need to update the firmware in two steps. The suggestion is that I get RBS50v2-v2.5.1...

I will call NG support today. I did file a case, but no response for 5 days. They accepted my registration of my BRAND NEW RBS50 so that is how I got to file for support. They are probably shaking their heads as to how this older, yet new, product made it to them for support. Everything is working well on the RBS50. It is connected, lights, and listed as a device on the ORBI page. I hope they will give me a clue about where / how to upgrade the firmware. I will let you know if I get a solution. Once again, thanks for your help.

If the new RBS needs updating, if it won't connect to the RBR, you can try this to get it updated:
