RBK50 ethernet port only 100mps

So I have the RBK50 router connected to sprectrum modem (not wifi modem). i have spectrum 400mps speed. wirless out of Orbi gets 400-450mps all day long. problem is my ethernet ports only allowing 100mps best..usally 90-100mps range. i have used cat 5e, cat 6, different computers, tvs, etc and no matter what these are max speeds i get.

appreciate any insights

  • Ok...didn't understand 😬

lomg story short....all pots allows up to 1gb. Problem is apparently all TVs typically have 10/100 Ethernet , and turns out my laptop also has same. When I connected my Orbi satellite via Ethernet...it was pulling the 400+MBs speeds.

What connection rate shows up on the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab Home Page, click on "Show Statistics"?

How is the speed being measured?

Very strange indeed.  What connection rate shows up on the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab Home Page, click on "Show Statistics"?
