Hi All - I’ve been having issues with Orbi dropping my internet intermittently every 15-30min. We recently increased our internet speed to 400mb and the problem seems to have gotten worse. We have the router connected directly to our modem on the main floor. The satellite is in the basement almost directly below. When we reboot or unplug it begins to work, however the problem resumes 15-30min after. And so on....I’m running the latest firmware V2.6.2.104. I looked at past posts and wasn’t able to get anywhere.Any help would be appreciated!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.3.
