RBR 20 obtaining IP address errors

Hello, recently my network has had some frustrating issues connecting various things to my router. I can connect all smart phones and tablets fine. I can not connect my desktop with a wireless adapter in it or my ps4 pro wirelessly to the system. My regular ps4 connects fine. I am getting failed to obtain IP address errors on the things I can't get to connect. Please help!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

      Current Firmware is V2.5.1.16

      Modem is Arris TM1602

Distance between satellites is 20-30 feet

I have made all the changes you suggested and its still the same.

Router was factory reset and resetup this afternoon.

What is the mfr and model # of the wifi adapter on the PC?

Be sure the adapters wifi driver is updated.

I have heard of some PS4s not connecting wirelessly to Orbi. If the other PS connects and the other doesn't, I would presume there maybe a difference on the Pro version. Something to ask Sony about. I would wire connect the Pro version to see if it connects to the back of the RBR.
