Rbr10 will not conect to the internet

Hi everyone.
I recently purchased a second hand Orbi Rbr10 with 2 satellites. I can get the wifi to transmit from the Orbi to all of our devices, but there is no internet connection. I have a Huawei ONT (can't find the model #) through Spark in NZ. They have supplied the settings to use (in the attached screenshot) and I've set the ones I can find (really only the PPP username and password) when I login to the router, but most of them I can't see if they're right. When I login to the router it doesn't show an IP address so I've tried the steps on the troubleshooting guide but cannot get any internet connection at all. Can anyone help?

    I think it's configuration issue of your Orbi Rbr10 router. I don't have proper instructions for you but I recommend to contact manufacturer's support. They will guide you through necessary steps to establish an internet connection.

    Always reset any devices bought second hand.

    That way you erase any settings from the previous owner.

     

    Manuals are always a good place to start.

    Visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

    Look for the model number on the label on the device.
