RBR20 Doesn't factory reset and lost wifi capabilities
Hello,
Since we moved all our satelites and the router around my house I went ahead and tried to setup a new system. It had problems finding the newly named wifi and couldn't proceed with the setup because i had no connection to it on my phone. I went ahead disconnected all my satelites and factory reset the router with holding a pin into reset button until it was blinking amber. After i let the button off all the lights shut off and left it out for about 15 minutes and nothing happened. I went ahead and turned of the router as it was apparently stuck, the amber light blinked and the router turned off. After i turned it back on, the green light was back behind and the orbi was blinking white, after a while turning into a solid white, it never dissapears. I've also tried doing the 30-30-30 reset but no luck. I can't even get to the router menu with cable as it prompts me to orbi app instead, which i can't use as wifi isn't detectable for some reason. Hope somebody has any alternative solution to this.

Please describe what happens when the RBR20 is not connected to the modem, you attach a computer to the RBR20 LAN port, power the Orbi on, and use the paperclip until the power LED turns amber and blinks. A web browser should connect to the Orbi at http://192.168.1.1
and this doesn't happen?

As i have mentioned before what happens it it prompts me to the mobile app and doesn't let me in the router settings through wired connection.
That is where I am confused. Something comes up on the web browser from http://192.168.1.1 instead of the Orbi home page?
