RBR20 keeps dropping internet connect and flashing magenta
For the last couple weeks my RBR20 keeps dropping the internet connection and flashing magenta. If I reboot the Orbi connected to my ISP then the internet comes back for a while. I've verified if I just plug wired connections directly with the ISP then those work.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.If you see pink on the top ring LED, means the RBR has lost the connection to the ISP modem or the ISP modem is not longer getting data to the RBR. https://kb.netgear.com/31030/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Orbi-mean
Something to check with the ISP with to ensure there modem/ONT is working and if they notice anything during these time frames when this happens.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.FW: V2.7.4.24

I've rebooted all the devices, swapped the network cable from the Orbi to the ISP router including a different port and it ran for a while hitting this twice in the last 24 hours. Rebooting the Orbi brought it back agai.
If your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
