RBR20 no sync satellite

My RBR20 router will not sync with RBX33 plug in satellite
Tech support for over and hour
Please advise on if compatibility issue or bad satellite

    What FW version do you have on the RBR and the RBW? If you can access the RBWs web page. Possible that the RBWs FW is out of date or out of sync and needs to be updated? Did NG discuss this with you?

      Also received offer to purchase Pro warranty but every time I click on it, I go to Netgear with no info on purchasing the warranty.
      Do I need to call. Netgear as I only have one more day to accept this offer

        FW=Firmware

         

        Log into the RBRs web page with a PC or laptop wire or wireless connected to the RBR. Navigate to orbilogin.com or 192.168.1.1

         

        Yes you'll need to contact NG support for warranty help.
