RBR20 satellite acting up after firmware upgrade to 2.5.1.16

So i saw a new firmware update and decided to update to 2.5.1.16 a few days ago. After the update, i notice i have troubles with the wifi pretty often.

I tested internet speed directly from the router and it was still super fast. So i had doubts on the satellite and tested by turning it off so that everything is connected to the router, everything works fine, turned it back on and monitored the Attached Devices list to see which one is connected to the satellite, and everything that connects to the satellite has problems.

Is this a faulty firmware version? Did anyone run into the same issue? Does anyone know how to solve this? Maybe i will need to roll back the firmware by manual update? Will this be possible to do?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? Something to try if you haven't already.

I use my own cable modem "NETGEAR Cable Modem CM500" and Orbi is connected via a LAN cable.

      Orbi operating in Router mode

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)?

1100 sqft, they are in good distance, Orbi system was working fine for over a year until the firmware update

      What channels are you using?

Auto currently, i can try setting it to 1, 6 or 11 but not sure if this will help

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

      I believe around 7-8

      Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO

Both are enabled since when i set up Orbi system

Try disabling the following and see: Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6

      All these are already disabled

Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only

      Already the current state

Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes

Currently set to Auto, i can try setting to Short

      Has a factory reset

If all above fail, i may have to do this and update to the firmware before 2.5.1.16

I would change to 40Mhz as well.

Be sure the Orbi system is not using same channels as your neighbors if possible.

Also try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Give a reset of the system a try too.

FURRYe38 had to go down the factory reset path, but even when pushing the reset button, it blinks amber already but when i log back into admin, set up the wifi network name again and stuff, the firmware is still 2.4.1.16, how to really factory reset? :(
