RBR50 - How do I to reset unanswered security questions?

Hi there,

 

How do I to reset unanswered security questions? I never set them up years ago. I cant get an answer from technical support.

    Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 15 seconds then let go. Power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds than back on. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on

    It depends on whether you can log into the Orbi web interface successfully.  If you are able to log in, navigate to the Advanced Tab, Administration, Set Password page.  After entering the correct password in the top box, just enter it again (and again) (i.e. do not actually change it), then proceed down the page to the security questions.

     

    If the reason for the question is that you are unable to log in, FURRYe38 is correct. The only way in is to reset the Orbi.
