I’m having the same problem. Also connected to AT&T fiber modem/router. Setup has worked fine for almost 3 years until about a week ago. Modem is set to IP Passthrough and both wifi channels are turned off. It’s been driving me crazy too.

Hello Belovednewo, Welcome to the NETGEAR Community! I understand that your Orbi system is having interim network connectivity issues. As a troubleshooting step please do the following: Set the ATT modem router to router mode. Then change the Orbi to AP mode. Once this is done check if you are having the same interim network disconnections. Best, Kevin Community Team

I purchased the AX4200, factory reset the modem, and started over. I figured an upgrade couldn’t hurt.

What config do you see on the Orbi web GUI when you check under >> ADVANCED >> Setup >> Internet Setup.
