RBR50 Constant Reboot (every 30 seconds)
Hi,
I have been using Orbi (RBR50 + 1 x RBS50) since last 3 years. I had no issues whatsoever. Since last week, RBR50 has been restarting every 30 seconds. I have tried updating to the latest firmware, tried flashing Voxel firmware (but couldn't boot), downgraded the firmware but the problem persists. I have disconnected the modem from the router but still constantly reboots. I am not able to access the orbi login without router constantly rebooting.
I have changed the socket, changed the adapter, removed the modem so that I can check if its a double NAT or any other modem related other but nothing has worked so far.
i am at my wits end here. I have gone through a lot of solutions given in the form and flashed to latest fw release and have tried down to 2.6.1.40.
i need to fix the router as i do not have any budget for a new router.
Thanks in advance.

Try swapping one of the power supplies from the satellite with the router.
Maybe the power supply is going bad- MOmairAspirant
Thankyou for taking the time out to reply. I have tried using 2 other power supplies. One from satellite and one borrowed from another friend. Result is the same.
Is there a way I can find out what's causing the reboot. I am at the brink of going crazy over this failure of a hardware, working my job during the day and trying to unbrick this during the nights.
So far I have tried:
- Using Orbi in AP mode.
- No ISP router connected
- No Satellites connected
- Flashing Voxel firmware but I wasn't able to boot and access orbilogin.net
- Flashed back to latest version
- Hard reset (30 seconds) after fw update
- Soft reset (blinking power light) after fw updates
- Power off, unplug every thing, then turn on after 30 mins
Currently using stock fw v 2.6.1.40. Boots fine, solid magenta light, WIFI dropping again and again.

Something appears to be inconsistent. If the router reboots every 30 seconds, that does not allow enough time to do much of anything, such as
- Manually install a different firmware version?
- Change from router to AP mode?
To me, there is a difference between the router actually rebooting and the WiFi signal disappearing.
Would like to help, but am confused about the problem statement. Sorry.
