RBR50 Firmware v 2.7.4.24 router has to be reset once a week
I've seen some previous posts from last year with no fix and nothing more recent.
I'm having an issue where I have to reset the router once a week or anything on wireless keeps dropping internet if it's connected to that point. The router still sees that there is internet. Anything connected to satellite doesn't lose internet but anything connected to the router does intermittently.
A reboot always fixes it. Is there anything that can be done so I don't have to reboot everything once a week?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. How many devices do you have connected to the system?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and >satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satelliteWhat channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Traffic Meter, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set CTS to 64. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless SettingsOne User Experience/Configuration:

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Using a brand new cable that came with the router. How many devices do you have connected to the system? At any given time there are 30 or less total things connected to the system and the router station specifically less than 20.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? It's a 2 bedroom apartment. The router is in the living room and the satellite is in the bedroom furthest from living room. I don't know the exact sqft honestly but it's a pretty spread out space.
What is the distance between the router and >satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. Rough estimate is the satellite is about 35ft from the router.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? It's an apartment building so about 10.Try disabling the following and see:

Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings I will try these.I would also like to reiterate that I don't actually lose internet connection it's just the router makes it appear that way intermittently, for the devices connected specifically to it via wireless, until the restart and it's always between 5-7 days of perfect functionality. My searches before posting it seemed to be something a lot of people reported but no one seemed to find an definitive answer.

I would try to estimate or find out what the dimensions are and distances between the RBR and RBS.

https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satelliteBeing your in an apartment complex with other wifi neighbors, you might try turning down the wifi power on the RBR from 100% to 25% and see if this helps some. Reduces the wifi foot print and interactions with noise coming from wifi neighbors

Does the top ring on the RBR turn on PINK when this happens?

Could you please describe the problem in more detail:
- By "anything", does that mean every device connected by WiFi to the router, or some devices connected by WiFi?
- Is there a period of time where all devices remain connected, and then the problem begins?
- When the problem begins, does it affect all devices at the same time, or does the problem gradually get worse?
- When a device loses the WiFi connection, does restarting the device restore WiFi to that device, or is the only method to reboot the router?
Thanks

- By "anything", does that mean every device connected by WiFi to the router, or some devices connected by WiFi?
- I notice the issue mostly on my two cell phones (both Android) and my Google Chromecast. I don't really see any issues on my Sonos or Windows laptop
- Is there a period of time where all devices remain connected, and then the problem begins?
- This is why it's confusing. They're always connected but it will say Connected with no Internet. If I disconnect from the network and reconnect then the problem is resolved for 10-15 minutes and then it starts again
- When the problem begins, does it affect all devices at the same time, or does the problem gradually get worse?
- It happens to all at the same time. I've never let it go much longer than that day because it's very frustrating when I'm trying to do things on my phone and it keeps going in and out of responding.
- When a device loses the WiFi connection, does restarting the device restore WiFi to that device, or is the only method to reboot the router?
- The only way to fully resolve the problem is rebooting the router, otherwise I'm constantly connecting and reconnecting to the wireless on the devices that are affected the most.

This is indeed frustrating when only certain devices seem to be affected. You have probably searched for information about Android and "no internet" and found articles such as this one:
https://techwiser.com/fix-android-connected-to-wifi-but-no-internet/
One issue is that the phone does not provide any technical information about what "no internet" actually means. My guess is that the phone has attempted to perform some operation on the internet, such as pinging a specific URL, and failed.
One of the tactics suggested in those articles is to force the router to use specific DNS servers, rather than the servers provided by the ISP. For example, my Orbi is set to use CloudFlare 1.1.1.1 and GoogleDNS 8.8.8.8. This option is found on the Orbi web browser interface main page, Internet menu.
Android users are fortunate to have a variety of network testing utilities. It would be useful if you could install one of them (such as Fing, Net Analyzer, Network Tools). The next time the phone reports "no internet", open the app and attempt to ping ford.com. If that fails, then attempt to ping 19.12.97.37. If this succeeds, then the problem is that the phone is connected to the internet, but cannot resolve the IP address of URLs.
If these phones or the Chromecast are connected to the satellite, do they work normally? (Not certainly exactly how to test this.)
