RBR50 probleme mise a jour
bonjour
suite a une mise a jour manuel de mon RBR50 je n'ai plus de connexion internet
la base clignote blanc et le bouton on/of passe de vert a l'allumage puis clignote quelques instants rouge pour repasser vert
j'ai upgradé de la version 1.4.0.18 a la version suivante1.4.0.34 avec succes donc vue le nombre de versions j'ai mise a jour lune version intermediaire 1.9.1.12 .
fallait-il upgrader sans sauter de versions?
avez vous une solution ?

my update problem is solved
my firmware installed on the RBR50 was corrupt
I found on the forum the procedure to reinstall the original firmware.

RBR50 update problem
Hellofollowing a manual update of my RBR50 I no longer have an internet connection
the base flashes white and the on / of button changes from green to ignition then flashes red for a few moments to return to green
I upgraded from version 1.4.0.18 to the following version 1.4.0.34 with success, therefore considering the number of versions I updated an intermediate version 1.9.1.12.
was it necessary to upgrade without skipping versions?

What model Orbi do you have? Is this in regards to the RBR50? Or something else?
Try a power OFF of the ISP modem and RBR for 30 seconds, then back ON with the ISP modem first, then RBR to see if it re-connects. Can try a factory reset on the RBR as well.

the problem concerns the RBR50 router.
I can no longer access the settings.
there is no more wifi and no connection with the eternet cable despite a factory reset on the RBR and turning off and on the modem and RBR.
