Rbr50 reset Orbi and now it won’t connect to the Internet

I have an Orbi90 rbr50 and it won’t connect to the Internet. Every time I restarted it it would go back to the pink light. So I reset it and now it is a white light but it is still not working. How do I Connect it so it works? I need it desperately

  • What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

OP did you manage to sort this? I am having the same issues.. wirelessly I am getting slow speeds. I tell you what Netgear Orbi is a pain in the ass. I regret getting this. You would expect for such a expensive equipment you wouldn’t have much headache with it
