RBR50 signal lost multiple times during the day when having teams calls
I have a RBR50 router connecting to two sattelites. One on each floor. On the 1st floor the connecting is lost several times during the day. On the 2nd floor the issue is the same.
How can I improve the network to be more stable? Or do I need to upgrade to a newer set up?

How long has this been happening?
What status are you seeing for the backhaul connection?

It is happening for a long time already. I am not so technical. What do you mean?

Months? Years? Since you first installed it?

Log into the admin web ui, and then click on the "attached devices" tile on the upper right.
You'll see the connected satellites at the top, and the far right column is "Backhaul Status". The "Connection Type" field is also relevant.

Wired devices don’t drop
Are any of these connected to the satellites? Or are they all connected to the router?

Is it all devices? Just a few devices?
Just wireless devices? Do wired devices drop?
Is it devices only connected to the satellites? Do the ones connected to the router drop?
What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?
What fixes the issue?

It are mainly laptops with windows on it. Wired devices don’t drop. My PS5 works perfectly online, even with a switch after the router.
The orbi is connected to a Sagemcom router from my provider. That was recently checkt on health and all good.
Just waiting solves the issue but when being in a teams call it is frustrating that is drops many times

Would changing some advanced settings like 5Ghz Channel might help?

What firmware is loaded on the RBR and RBS?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 🛰Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
