What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?So if you disconnect the RBR from the modem and press the reset button for 15 seconds then release and with 1 wired PC connected to the RBR, after the top ring LED slowly pulsates WHITE, can you access the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1 at all?

the current firmware version is RBR50-V2.7.4.24
Im not able to access the router admin at 192.168.1.1 when the LED is slowly blinking white
I have done the reset as you mentioned too however it does not seem to be able to reset as still shows the exisiting network details
My model is a Netgear Superhub 4 from virgin media in modem mode and confimed this as working as it should

Does swapping the power adapter from the RBS50 change anything?
Might try the recovery method and re-load the v.24 FW file on to the RBR:
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
Need to press the reset button for 30 seconds then release, then it send to PUT the command and upload the FW.
Make sure you enable tftp: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
Video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done:

I had a problem on a Windows 10 PC where this didn't work to use TFTP, so I switched to a Windows 7 PC and the TFTP worked.
Mac TFTP: https://www.petenetlive.com/KB/Article/0001247
Try nmrpflash:
