There is no harm in resetting the Orbi (not "Factory Reset", simply power off and back on).

Have you changed any configuration settings or added or moved hardware around on the RBR50?
Look at the settings to see if the new firmware update changed a setting. Also reboot or turn off for 30 seconds, the RBR50.
- LharpAspirantYes. V2.5.1.16 is what it is updated to now. I haven’t changed any configurations on it. The reason being is everything else is working just fine. I have rebooted it close to 30 times since.

Are you getting any error codes when testing connection?
In network settings try choosing a static IP, instead of obtaining. You can choose a higher number. Set actual DNS numbers in the console's settings. Try Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). Sometimes adjusting MTU helps as well, but I never changed it from the defult 1500.
