If "everything else works", it might be worth a minute to check that the (PS4?) has not been "paused".

There is no harm in resetting the Orbi (not "Factory Reset", simply power off and back on).

It wasn’t paused. I am downloading a new version of a game as we speak. Netflix and all other online features work on the PS4 except allowing me on the PlayStation network.

Can you be more specific? Are you referring to a new firmware update? If so what version are you on now?

Have you changed any configuration settings or added or moved hardware around on the RBR50?

Look at the settings to see if the new firmware update changed a setting. Also reboot or turn off for 30 seconds, the RBR50.

Yes. V2.5.1.16 is what it is updated to now. I haven’t changed any configurations on it. The reason being is everything else is working just fine. I have rebooted it close to 30 times since.

Assuming the console is wireless, go into settings, and reconfigure the WIFI again. If possible can you test the console wired to your network? Are you getting any error codes when testing connection?

In network settings try choosing a static IP, instead of obtaining. You can choose a higher number. Set actual DNS numbers in the console's settings. Try Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). Sometimes adjusting MTU helps as well, but I never changed it from the defult 1500.
