Why doesn’t my devices show up?

    Show up in the app? 

    Show up under access control?

    Show up in the browser gui info? 
    What exactly is going on and what are you attempting? You didn't give us much to go off.

     

    What firmware is on the router? 

    what modem is it connected to?

    When I go onto my app it does not show me any devices. Although all 8 are connected. I would like to restore my rights to shut off an individual device like I use to. How do I get this option again? Otherwise what’s the point

      Do they show up if you use access control?

        No clue how to answer any of these questions! Is there a love person to talk to that can walk me thru this? I just know I had it before and now I don’t I’m connected but no access and no devices show up to control
