RBS40V and 2.4Ghz

Question

I have a RBR50, RBS50 on&nbsp;Router Firmware Version&nbsp;V2.7.2.104.I also have RBS40V on&nbsp;&nbsp;Firmware Version:&nbsp;V2.6.2.4_1.0.1.&nbsp;When devices connect to 2.4Ghz on RBS40V, devices stop working. When I switch off RBS40V, and when those devices connect to router or to the other satellite, those 2.4Ghz devices start working again.&nbsp;Thanks

do you have the voice running in extender mode or orbi mode?&nbsp;also, have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall of the voice?&nbsp;

In orbi mode. Tried several resets..same result

If you log into the rbs40V using its ip address, what does it show for its status page?&nbsp;

It shows connected.
