RBS50Y firmware V2.3.0.28 +2 x RBS50 firmware V2.3.1.44 Problems all three is offline and is Magenta

Hi,

 

I am having problems, since 2 days back now, installed the netgear armor Bitdefender, and it feels like the problems started after that. i can only update the router now with new firmware, all my three satellites are now  Solid Magenta, router is working just fine..

(RBS50Y firmware V2.3.0.28 +2 x RBS50 firmware V2.3.1.44 Problems all three is offline and is Magenta) Do anyone have any sugesstions?

    All worked fine I did a factory reset , will not install the bitdefender until it works.

    I would factory reset everything and setup from scratch. Setup the RBR first. Don't enable Armor.

     

    Then set up just 1 of the RBS's. Ensure it gets connected first.

        Should everything come back online and ready, be sure to do a back up configuration to file on the RBR so if something happens again and a reset is needed, you can re-load from back up and save time. :smileywink:
