Drop Connection today
I have been trying to access my Nest thermostat remotely but it was offline. Got home and noticed all my devices was offline. Did a speed test and it seem ok, but my devices was still off line. Reboot...

I understand the frustration and not willing to factory reset. However doing a factory reset and set up from scratch has proven with others and my self that it's needed on v2.1.3.x.

There are some major changes in the FW that need a clean slate to begin with.
Please try the factor reset and set up from scratch. I have not had any NEST issues since.

Thanks again Furry. Will do as a last resort. I just change my channel from auto to 1 on the 2.4Ghz bandwidth. I noticed it always drop connection by 8am so I’m anticipating right now. Hope that solves it.
