Resetting RBK23 satellite

Hello, I recently bought a DC plug adapter for an RBK23 satellite so that I could bring it closer to the signal and get a good one. When I connect the adapter, the Power light flashes green and orange which means I need to reset the router and the satellite. However, I have reset the router but I cannot reset the satellite which is connected with the adapter (indicator light does not flash when I press the reset button for a long time) Thank you in advance

    Does the RBS work with the stock adapter?

    Be sure you bought the correct AC adapter for the RBS. The voltage and AMPs are most important and should be the same. One can always use an longer extension cord instead of replacing the stock adapter to gain cord length.

      Hi thanks for the answer, yes it works with the stock adapter. I am not sure if it is the right câble adapter because I couldn’t find the voltage and AMP my RBS need. Could you say me what are they ?

        Look at the sticker on the stock adapter, this will have the voltage and AMPs needed. 

        I would keep using the stock adpater and just get you a long power extension cord.
