ROKU connects to WIFI but not internet on RBR50 + RBS40V satellite

RBR50 Firmware  V2.7.3.22

RBS40V Firmware  V2.6.2.4

I had a ROKU express which was working fine until a couple of days ago. I noticed my kids watching TV when they were not supposed to and decided to pause internet on the ROKU. When I tried to reconnect, the ROKU was not able to connect to the internet.  It did conntect to WIFI to the RBS40V.  I have done this in the past and had no issues.  All other devices work fine.

The ROKU works fine if I connect it through a mobile hotspot using my phone.

I have rebooted everithing (Cable Modem, RBR50, RBS40V and the ROKU)

I have done a factory reset on the ROKU.

Changed the 2.4GHz channel from Auto to 06.

Can't get it to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

The ROKU works when I use a different interenet source (my phone as a hotspot). So I dont beleive the problem is with the ROKU.

Now, I am 100% sure the cause of the problem is the Orbi router / sattelite.

I switched out the Orbi and connectected my old D-Link router I had before the Orbi, and the Roku works.

I suspect the issue is caused by the recenr firmware update on the RBR50 (2.7.3.22).   Just dont know what.

Is there no one at Netgear who can assist?  I can pay for support (which costs as much as a new router) with no guarantee of a fix...

      Any help would be appreciated.

As a quick test, disable WPA security on the RBR. Turn OFF the RBS.

See if the Roku will connect with the open SSID. If so, try setting WPA and TPIK and see.

        Then try WPA2 and AES.

        Try factory resetting the Roku.
