I am having same issue with Samsung S8+ and Orbi. Phone stays connected with strong signal but "internet may not be available". Setting up the guest network and allowing access to my home network has worked like a champ. No drop offs and I can still access media devices on my home network (Sonos, smart tv, etc). Thank you to whomever figured that out and posted!!!
