Satellite firmware and constant blue light
My orbi satellite has suddenly kept the constant blue light on, unable to update the firmware, any suggestions?

Are you able to log directly into the satellite using its local ip address? and then your can try a manual update of the firmware.

- I have tried to do the manual update and it either says failed or service unavailable.
When trying to log in to the satellite it just keeps sending me to the log in page, can’t get beyond it.Have you tried to factory reset that satellite by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds?
