Setting up used RB20 Orbi in new home
My mother recently passed away, and I am trying to set up her old Orbi in my brothers house. When I try to connect with the Orbi app, I don't see the ORBI95 network. I only see Mercnet, my mothers old wifi network name. At that point the Orbi app doesn't let me proceed. It tells me to connect to the ORBI95 network, but that network does not show up. What do I do?

Couple of options, if you know the PW for the current wifi, then you can use this to gain access to internet services.
If you know the admin and password for the RBRs web page, you can gain access here and setup the RBR using a PC or laptop.
Otherwise if you don't have any of this information, you'll need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch.
Press the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC or give the Orbi app a try.

Any time we deal with used mesh systems, we always perform a factory reset on router and all satellites and as new install. It saves a lot of frustration and time.
