Tracking in the Orbi system with firmware version 2.1.4.10
It appears that you’re not alone in noticing the absence of per-device bandwidth usage tracking in the Orbi system with firmware version 2.1.4.10. Earlier versions of the Orbi firmware did include a feature that allowed users to view data usage by individual devices over different time periods, much like what Google Wifi offersSome users have suggested using third-party tools or enabling traffic monitoring features via advanced settings, if available, though these options may be limited and less user-friendly.

No Orbi system has ever provided usage by device information. That is the most often requested feature on the Home Product Idea Exchange:

First suggested in August, 2018, this feature has 502 "Likes" and 193 comments, yet is tagged as "New". i.e. it has not been tagged as "Reviewed" or "Engineering Estimation".

And if after all this time its not still being seen, highly doubtful we'll be seeing it at all. As this product model line has been EoL.
