unable to access some websites

I have just installed my Netgear Orbi and although it is brilliant in terms of giving me access alll around the house, I now cannot access several websites e.g HP.com.  And I need to do this to set up my printer on the new network!

At the  moment I have kept one pc on my old network and just use that for printing but with 5 of us working in the house this is not a long term solution.

Any suggestions? (I have switched off Circle as this was blocking too many sites too)

Orbi doesn't block websites in itself.

What type of modem do you have?

      Thank you for your reply.

I am using a BT home hub as a router.  I know I should have disabled the wifi on it but I'm not that confident of what I am doing and as I really need to have the wifi working as I have 5 people working from home at the moment (!) I was frightened to tinker!

However, if I re-attach to the home hub I can access anything I want.

Thank you for any help you can give

This sounds like a case of running 2 routers in your system.  Not recommended but it can be done.

You may want to start here, there is a further link on how to fix.  IF you can run your network without the BT home hub, do so.  Otherwise you'll need to place the Orbi (?) in the AP mode.
