As with the other user, it seems to have resolved itself. But he was getting issues with WWE site. See the post here.
As for the unblocking of HTTPS service, see this post.
Again, that was something I was trying.

Simply click on the My Account and Ward Menu > Sign in.
This should take you their login form to sign in, but instead took me to a different page with the error message: "You do not have permission to perform the requested action" with a spinner.
The 403 error relates to okta. Their authorization service that manages their login for accounts on the site.

Not sure why photos I uploaded aren't appearing.
Anyways the first image referes to their Authorization service of Okta. It says it hit a custom error in the in the various files showing a typical stack trace,
The second shows the JSON request from their site:
errorCode: "E0000006"
errorSummary: "You do not have permission to perform the requested action"
errorLink: "E0000006"
errorId: "oaehinU0CiqTjORZLqnBeCd5w"
errorCauses: []
Third image elaborates on the headers for the request and response headers.

The forum software package that Netgear uses does not display images entered "in-line" using the Photos icon in the menu bar until they are approved by a forum moderator, and there are not many moderators for the huge Netgear community forum site. Images attached using the "Browse" button in the lower left are available immediately. (Why? Nobody knows. If I were in charge I would remove that damn Photos icon.)
