There is electricity at the lake. 20 of 23 cameras are connected using Ubiquiti Nanobeam. I would be looking at another Nanobeam for the last three cameras.

Down at the lake with your NanoBeam receiver, I assume you have a PoE connector and cables. On land where we use a series of NanoBeams, the last one in line connects to a PoE and from there goes to our Router via cable.
How is your NanoBeam setup down at the lake?

We have decided to go with 2 Netgear Orbi AC3000 extenders. One is already in place at the club house. I will connect the second one and bring it down to the lake front.
Question, since this is an outdoor piece of equipment, will I need a plastic enclosure to protect it from the elements?
Some say yes, others say it is not necessary, but I was hoping Netgear folks can answer this one.

Sadly it is a yes, no.
I've never had an issue with mine but I've seen a few posts from users that got moisture in theirs.
I think a lot depends on the environment you're in. I bring mine in during the winters in MN because it isn't rated to that cold of temps. If you're in an area or place it in a spot where it gets to hot, its going to expand from the heat out of spec and then you'll get gaps/moisture.

SemiDumb question.
I have the Netgear ORBI App on my Iphone. When the new Orbi comes in, the app scans for any existing Orbi. Is there an option to ADD a new one?
Now the dumb question. I have a Netgear userid password (how I get to the product page), Is there a separate Netgear Orbi userid password do I need?
I have the Netgear support userid/password, Netgear Community userid/password
