Hi Gillian,

 

If you have been supplied the unlock code, then all you need to do is insert another carrier SIM into your 763S.  Once you boot it up, you will need to access the WebUI which will prompt you for the MEP code.  All you need to do is enter the MEP code to unlock.  Once it has been unlocked you will then need to go into the APN profile settings and ensure the correct APN profile has been selected as default/active connection.  Please note:  If you factory reset your 763S you will once again need to enter your unlock code.

    Help!! I have a aircard763s from Rogers. Trying to unlock it. I have a unlock code (pd $50.00 for it), but the instructions are useless.  What is a WebUI?? Please help Grandma.

    Hello Netgear,

    I am in Vietnam, I bought the Aircard 763S device but after the reset the error "Sim MEP Locked". Currently, I do not know which department to contact by email for support code to unlock.
    Have Netgear support information or instructions on how to get device unlock codes.
