AirCard 790s

I have an AirCard 790S docked in a DC112A AirCard Smart Cradle which is connected to an external antenna. In this configuration I am receiving very poor to no internet reception. I may get 3 bars of 3G or two bars of H. If I take the AirCard out of the cradle and plug it directly into the antenna I get 4 bars of 4G. This to me suggests a problem with the Cradle. Any help out there?

    May we please know the device SKU (DC112A-xxx) and firmware version? 

    Have you tried resetting the cradle? If not, we suggest to do a factory reset.

      Firmware V1.0.0.42_1.0.60

        The device SKU can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label, which should indicate DC112A-xxxxxx (DC112A-100NAS, DC112A-100EUS) 

         

        If you have DC112A-100NAS or DC112A-100EUS, please update the firmware to 1.0.0.44. Here's the link where you can download the firmware.
