Hello Sc777
You would have to contact your ISP for that information.

Hi SC777,
Easiest way is to check for a firmware update Over the Air.
For the Telstra AirCard 810S - the last Maintenance Release was available from Oct 10, 2016 and is for firmware C11.14.8.12. You can check by going into the device screen Touch UI and Settings and Check for Updates. You can also see what is your current firmware version in Settings and if it is the same as mentioned here - then you are running the latest firmware.
Why are you after a firmware upgrade? Is there something you are after?
Thanks.

Hello
I am looking also for an firmware update for AirCard 810S 100EUS. On my new modell (bougth march 2017) is installed fw NTG9X40C_11.14.07.00 but no new fw is showing up or is downloadable. There is serious issue about the compatibility with car-adaptor chargers (see: https://community.netgear.com/t5/AirCard-LTE-Hotspots-Gateways/810s-in-vehicle-charging/m-p/1179288/highlight/false#M1445). In that forum thread there is said about a bug that should be addressed in a firmware update.
Many thanks

There is a firmware update planned for Mar 20 on the AC810-100EUS that should allow the device to charge with a wide range of chargers.
