aircard hub and aircard 760S

Question

Hi Alli done a search on this site for some help about the aircard hub and aircard 760S.no luck.so here we go i have a server with windows server 2008 R2 and running xampp. I have a bigpond 760S sitting in the aircard hub and connect to the server via rg45 network card. The network ip has been set to 192.168.2.200 for the server the hub has a gateway of 192.168.2.1. standard for this type of router. i have a public ip that is static. Now come the interesting part i can not see the server on the network but can find the router from the public ip.and the gateway ip. what am i doing wrong. the server is a hp ml350g5. I am in sydney Australia HELP!!!!many thanks Richard C

Hi Richard,

best way to do this is to setup the DMZ on the AirCard 760S to point to 192.168.2.2 then setup a NAT rule for the server IP on the AirCard Hub.  You could also just place the server IP in DMZ of the hub but this may not be secure.
