AT&T Unite/Aircard 0B78 Netgear

I have a Unite 0B78 (AT&T) Aircard by Netgear that started in September 2016 connected to IMAC and Iphone incorrectly using data. I have had the device about 3 years. I live in TDS rural area in Indiana. Is the device defective in using large amounts of data now or is the problem AT&T?

      I would contact ATT about this issue as they do the support for this aircard.
