Battery not charging
New router purchased mid April. Using via mains power. Used battery only once. Battery not re-charging all connections as per user manual.

Please advise the SKU name of your device. When you try to charge the device, what shows in the LCD UI?

Txs for your reply John Peng, the device has righted itself - battery now accepting charge without intervention. Not sure what the original problem was
