Cannot access setup page on MR1100

MR1100 does not allow me to go to attwifimanager or the 192.168.1.1 page. It does not have wifi either so I can connect through the phone app. 

I have done several factory resets using the button near the battery. Still same issue. Wifi doesn't show and I can't connect to it to do the setup again.

Any ideas we be much appreciated?

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label

     

    What happen if you will access the Web UI? Is it asking for the username and password? Is it a blank page? 

     

    Can you access any website?

      SKU: 6429B

       

      The MR1100 will not connect at all. Not through the cable to pc or wifi. It doesn't do anything when powered up.
