Dc112a Smart Cradle

Hi

When my devices are away from the Smart Cradle for a long period of time, they have trouble connecting. Even though they have been connected before. This is through the wifi. So password has been entered before. When I go into the wifi options on my device, it shows it there. When I click on it, it asks for a password. I enter the password, and it comes up wrong password. I can do this numerous times with the same result. But if I turn off the SmartCradle, and turn it back on again, my devices connect again automatically. Very frustrating.

    Hello EricT01

Are you running the latest firmware? Does the Smart cradle have the same SSID as another wifi network your devices connect to?

      Hello Darren

Sorry for the slow reply. The firmware is up to date. I've only just bought the Cradle. It's only happening with my iPhone 7 and iPad Air 2. Both devices are running the lates iOS. Even when I move out of wifi range and return to it, it doesn't connect automatically. I've even tried forgetting the network, and then reconnecting. The only thing that seems to work is to reboot the air Cradle. As I live in a rural area, I've resorted to turning off the security.
