Error message on my Nighthawk2

Hi ... hope you can help?

 

I have the following error meesage on my Nighthawk 2 -

 

Webkit encountered an internal error.

 

Not sure what it means or what I need to do but I am unble to access any of the function for the modem.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

  • If this is the MR2100, you might get better and quicker replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section for your device:

         This must be some new meaning for "appropriate".  I'd try:

         Perhaps that moderator will have a better idea about the appropriate
      placement of this discussion.

        So factory reset can't fix the issue?

         

        Please advise your device SKU, MR2100-xxxxxx.
