Firmware Update - no "Check" or "Download" showing

ATT wifi manager > Administration > Firmware Update only shows:

"Firmware Version 12.05.05.14 .. Current software is up to date"

No "Check For Updates" or "Choose File" or "Upload" buttons

How do I get these options to show so I can update the firmware?

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    Please provide the device SKU (MR1100-xxxxx). 

     

    Is this an AT&T unit? 

    MR1100-1A1NAS and MR1100-2A1NAS SKUs are AT&T devices. There is no option to manually update the firmware as it is locked by the Internet Provider.

    Not to Hijack thread but I am also having one of the mentioned issues.

    I can check for updates at times but I don't think I've ever been able to Manually Update Firmware as the Upload area does not appear.

     

    I've got the:

    MR1100-1A1NAS

    AT&T Version

      I just seen your post mention that it's locked to AT&T ... Bum!  I bought this 2.5 years ago supposedly "Unlocked".
