Gig ports speed reduced when access control is enabled.

Nighthawk LAX20  Firmware Version V1.1.6.28_2.0.49

Anyone else experiencing this issue or is my router defective?

    Please provide the speedtest results when Access control is enabled and disabled. 

    Have you tried factory resetting the device?

    I may have found the issue... I disabled the WMM feature under QOS and my speed on the gig ports normalized. I am getting my speeds with access control enabled.

        I conducted a failover test to cell, since then my speed on the gig port has been back in the 300mbs to 400mbs. There are several scenarios that cause problems with the gig ports. I have rebooted and powered off the device several times. The speed gig speed would appear to working then it falls off.
