Help! Can't remove battery cover from my AC791L Hotspot

Question

I can get the first side of the battery cover up but I cannot remove it. Looks like the clips on the other side will &nbsp;not release. Any hints?

Thanks but I already saw that. It is not any help. I can lift the two corners as shown but then I cannot get the clips on the opposite side to release the cover.&nbsp;Tell me how to do that, please.
